Todos podemos ganar

Un poco de metafísica del atletismo no viene mal. Video casero en inglés sobre el potencial escondido que todos llevamos al correr.

"Running poem"

Everyone Got a medal at 1st
You would watch the older/faster people
And wanted to be like them
You knew you were gonna be the greatest ever
Then things got hard...

Patience is man's greatest virtue
Or so the saying goes,
A champion must have said it
For a champion surely knows,
In this funny sport
Million of potential people
Only 30 people make it from the world
Only quarter make it to the final
This virtue has passed us by.
When legs are agonized and throbbing,
When every muscles is sore,
Can an athlete still have patience
To run once more?
When your time seems worse
and progress seems so slow,
Can you still have faith in better days
And not feel sad and low?
Can you admit you're vanquished,
Yet not give in to fear?
Can you conquer pain, frustration,
And often even tears?
When someone else beats your time
And you have tried harder than ever
Can you really feel glad for them
Or just pity for you?
And when success seems far away
You efforts all in vain,
Can you force yourself to wear a smile
And disregard the pain?
If, despite the tribulations

Even if someday you hate and want to quit
In the corner of your eye
You see a young child watching you in
And realise how far you have come and accomplished you now are

You can say, "I won't give in!"

Maybe some day you'll discover
That it's now your time to win!

Yes i know this is a copy of the gymnastics poems and has nastia liukin in but i really wanted to make it

the green is when ur starting out
the red is like when u have become better
the yellow is looking back onto when u were little
then the blue is to win.
